If Meldom is not for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of buying it and you will get it. You do not have to explain why.
14 days from the date of purchase. Inside that window a refund is yours for the asking. After it, we will still read your email and use judgement — if something went genuinely wrong, tell us.
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it. We arrange the refund with the payment provider; you do not have to chase anyone.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every Meldom sale. They took the payment, so they issue the refund, back to the card or account you paid with. We ask them, they send it. You can also contact them directly through the receipt they emailed you.
We answer refund requests within a few working days. Once Lemon Squeezy issues the refund, your bank decides how quickly it appears — usually five to ten working days.
A refunded license is deactivated, and Meldom returns to its activation screen on any machine it was activated on. Please uninstall it. Anything Meldom created on your disk is yours and stays yours; nothing is deleted from your machine by us.
