These terms cover buying and using Meldom, the desktop application sold at meldom.com by Vildan Bina (“we”, “us”). Buying a license means you accept them.
A perpetual license to use Meldom, which includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase, and which you may activate on 2 machines that you own or control. Your data stays in one file on your disk. These are the exact terms shown on the site at the moment of purchase; if the plan on the site differs from this page, the plan you bought is what applies.
After 12 months, the version you have keeps working, for as long as you want, with no further payment. You simply stop receiving new versions released after that date. Nothing expires, nothing switches off, and no feature is taken away. If you want the newer versions later, you can buy a renewal at whatever it costs then — there is no obligation to.
Your license key activates Meldom on up to two machines. You can move a license between machines by deactivating one and activating the other from inside the app. Once a machine is activated, Meldom verifies the license on that machine offline; it does not need to reach us to let you work.
Everything you build with Meldom is yours. This clause is about the application itself, not about your code, your tickets or your work.
Meldom drives Claude Code and Codex. It does not include, resell or subsidise access to them: you bring your own Anthropic and OpenAI accounts, and your use of those services is governed by their terms and billed by them. A Meldom license buys the application, not the models.
Meldom runs on macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 and later). There is no Intel Mac, Windows or Linux build. Check this before you buy — a license cannot make the app run on hardware it was not built for.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every sale: they take the payment, issue the invoice and handle any tax. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Support is by email at [email protected], offered in good faith and without a promised response time. Meldom is made by one person; you will get an honest answer, not a service-level agreement.
Meldom is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It runs coding agents against your repositories: review what they produce, and keep your work in version control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects any statutory consumer rights you have.
You may stop using Meldom at any time and delete it. We may terminate a license that breaches these terms — chiefly resale, key sharing or circumvention — after telling you why and giving you a chance to put it right.
These terms may change for future purchases; the date at the top changes with them. The terms you bought under continue to apply to your license.
